ye. Commons Petition'd, yt. a Parlia. might be held once a year in any convenient place, to redress delays in suits, & to end Causes where ye. Judges were of different opinions.

ye. K. Council answer'd them, yt. ye. Coronation had been a very great expense, & yt. ye. taxes were paid but slowly, so yt. if they would grant ye. K. a for ye. present, they hop'd they should have enough money from time to time to maintain ye. war, deletion & unclear /deletion without them.

ye. Commons beg'd ye. K. would excuse their not granting him a subsidy, deletion not being able to bear any further /deletion addition they pleaded unclear & affirm'd /addition deletion charge of more unclear /deletion yt. ye. reason of their having granted him so great a subsidy ye. year before, was deletion because they hoped unclear /deletion addition from the hopes of being discharg'd /addition of all Tallage for a long time.
