My Dear Sir I will certainly be at your orders at the time you mention tomorrow if you continue anxious to the end; but I can have nothing to add to the explicit statement I have already made to you of my general Ideas; & as you already know the underline only ground /underline on which I can entertain any further discussion on the subject on which we conversed, I trust you will not think it necessary to give yourself any further trouble upon it, unless after consulting your colleagues you feel it advisable on underline those grounds /underline to recommend that step being taken from the Highest quarter which I have felt it my duty to represent as an indispensable preliminary to my intering in the formation of any Plan of arrangement.
