Windsor Castle April 20 1815.

Sir That eagerness of manner and loudness of voice which had been observewd in His Majesty the preceding day, subsided certainly yesterday, and His Majesty recovered His usual calmness and tranquillity. His Majesty slept almost three hours in the course of the day, and fout hours and a half last night. He is occupied this morning, as in His Majesty's most comfortable state, in making appointments, conferring titles, and planning wild impracticable schemes of amusement.
